Lisa and Dee Bulante
Lisa and Dee BulanteHope Avenue Champion (Worship Experience)
Lisa and Dee have been a part of our family over three years and have been a wonderful addition to our church family. Lisa serves our community as a 6th grade teacher, but always lives with a heart of worship. Dee, formerly a pastor himself, serves our community as a chaplain at one of Kansas City’s fine medical centers. They are both great at connecting hearts to the Savior and making Jesus known.
Barbara and Walter Leatherman
Barbara and Walter LeathermanLove Avenue Champion (Neighborhood Outreach)
Barbara and Walter have served for many years in various capacities in our church family, but their greatest gift is their ability to love others and share the love of Christ with all whom they encounter. Barbara has a nurturing heart with a passion to experience new people which makes her such a gift in our church’s outreach efforts. Walter, who currently also leads our Youth Ministry, is great with the children and is very protective of their well-being. He is very good at reaching others and helping in any way he is able.
Troy Roark
